Good course, slow response
I took the Curso de Chocolate e Bombons. The content was really informative, and I learned a lot about tempering and different types of chocolate work. The instructor was great. My only minor gripe was that I sent an email query about the course schedule before enrolling, and it took them almost three days to get back to me. Once I was in the course, everything was fine, but a quicker response time for initial questions would be better. The actual learning experience was top-notch, though.
